Hi Valem! I have succesfully implemented full body in VR thanks to you! BUT I have an enormous issue -> the body can't be configured. So if a player stretches his/her arm the model's arm length fall too short. I tried writing scripts to calibrate it by extending the bones of the arm until they are aligned, but then everything breaks. What works is to enlarge the whole model, but then you get giant's hands, giant's body, and it's no good! I am now considering returning to simple hand model but it's such a shame. Do you have any ideas how can this be solved? Thank you for your tutorials, you have my support on Patreon :))

For me after setting up the project setting and entering the play mode it runs on my Quest 2, but when I hit the play button again to exit play mode Unity just crashes and it happens every time, but pause still works. I tried to create VR Preset - same result. Unity version is 2022.3.32f1, my headset on v38 and my desktop Oculus app on v66, can it cause the problem? Upd: fixed it by running Unity with SteamVR and setting SteamVR as the OpenXR runtime in the SteamVR settings.

Hello! Firstly, congratulations on the quality content you always deliver. I followed the steps in the video and managed to make everything work perfectly, but I have a question I couldn't find anywhere on the internet, which is how to do the same thing that is done in this video, but with a full body avatar using meta movement sdk or similar. All the examples I find just show avatars with head and hands, which take the tracking reference from ovrcamerarig, or similar, but I wanted to get the tracking of the entire full body avatar, . Do you know where I could find something about this?

This tutorial helped me a lot, But I couldn't apply the rigidbody, my hands keep falling on the ground when I turn off the kinematic property. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Your videos are great! Is this series the best one for me? I teach middle school kids. In September, I have 10 weeks, an hour each week to introduce VR game development. They are complete beginners. We want to use Unity, build something basic, load it to the Oculus Quest 2 headset. Success! Then learn a little more - test it on the headset. Success! Let them make a small modification of their own - test it on the headset. (OR do you have a better tutorial for that?)

The XRcontroller script is depreciated, I believe it got split into "Controller Input Action Manager" and "XR Interaction Group". You can download a sample XR Setup by doing the following: >Click on the windows tab at the top >Open the Package Manager >Click on XR Interaction Toolkit (It should be installed from the video 8:10) >Select the samples tab in the XR Interaction Toolkit page >Import starter assets This should download some starter assets for you and put them in your project. >Go back to your project >Go to Assets > Samples > XR Interaction Toolkit > 3.0.3 (Whatever your version is) > Starter Assets > Prefabs >There should be an XR Origin Object, drag that into your scene, this is essentially what he created in the video. You can ignore things that are disabled for now. You will probably run into other issues, understanding the toolkit can be helpful: docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.xr.interaction.toolkit@3.0/manual/index.html
